The career is moving. Responsibilities are getting handled. People depend on you. But purpose can get blurry, relationships can become shallow, and faith can slowly become disconnected from the life you actually live.
Drift rarely announces itself. It happens one small compromise, distraction, or disconnected season at a time.

I’m Chris Haynes—an author, coach, and marketplace ministry leader who has spent much of my life helping leaders solve problems, build organizations, and move important work forward.
But over the years, I’ve become increasingly convinced that a man’s greatest challenge isn’t simply becoming more successful. It’s becoming the man God is calling him to be while carrying the responsibilities already in front of him.
That conviction shapes my work today. I help Christian men find clarity, strengthen their leadership, build meaningful brotherhood, and live their faith where it matters most—at work, at home, and in the lives of the people God has entrusted to them.
The mission isn't about building my platform. It's about helping men get back on theirs.
